To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the room the night prior. However, we can add an early arrival request to your reservation and your room will be prioritised, although this cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in and use the hotel facilities.

Late check-out subject to availability. Should you wish to retain your room after 11:00, please arrange with reception as early as possible. A £20 per hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the check-out time. If you wish to check out later than 16:00, a full night’s charge will be applied.

We have 3 x family rooms in total comprising of a super king-size bed and a single bed. We also have 2 x Duplex State Suites comprising of a king-size bed and 2 single beds. Some of our rooms can facilitate an additional rollaway bed in the room but please be advised that space will be restricted, and a supplement charge of £40 per night will be applied. We also have 3 interconnecting rooms.
